Legislation requires employers to verify that all newly hired individuals be authorized to work in the United States and to complete an Employment Verification (Form I-9) for each new associate. E-Verify is an internet based system operated by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in partnership with the Social Security Administration (SSA) that allows participating employers to electronically verify the employment eligibility of new hires and the validity of their Social Security Numbers.

Job Title: Programmer Analyst

Job description:
McKinsol Consulting, Iselin, NJ, Programmer Analyst, Design, develop &
implement business process with system configuration on SAP R/3 ERP system
and monitor SAP OSS Notes for patches and application issues resolutions.
Create ABAP objects using BADI, ALV grids, User Exits, LSMW, SAP scripts &
SAP forms to meet various in SAP functional areas.  Create LSMW, Object
recording to create data conversion tools, data mapping & gapping sheet,
conversion and debugging into code for code fix, set up of internet service
for SAP integration with mobile RF device, creation of HTML templates for RF
guns, system analysis and configuration of SAP for various functionality and
printing.  Co-ordinate to provide technical support to project teams and
functional team members. Develop and maintain proficiency in utilizing
technical and analytical tools to give optimum results to the management and
business. Study existing information processing systems to evaluate
effectiveness and develop new systems to improve production or work flow as
required. Promote efficient user utilization of the system.
Must have proof of legal authority to work in the U.S. Must have a Bachelor
degree in Computers / MIS / Electronics / Engineering / related field and 1
